<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I love gluten free pasta. However, one thing that I don&#8217;t love is it&#8217;s fragility. Sometimes it tends to fall apart when you boil it. Therefore, I love recipes, like this Gluten Free No Boil Baked Ziti, that save that step!&nbsp; That&#8217;s right, no boiling the pasta first. Just put it in raw. Trust me.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">My Go To Cookware For One Pot Meals</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I now always make this Gluten Free No Boil Baked Ziti in my favorite pot. The Staub 4 qt essential pot is the workhorse of my kitchen. They don&#8217;t seem to make it anymore, so I recommend their <a href="https://www.zwilling.com/us/staub-cast-iron-12-inch-perfect-pan-cherry-1033428/1033428.html">4.5 QT Perfect Pan instead</a>, or their <a href="https://www.zwilling.com/us/search/?q=4+qt+braiser&amp;lang=en_US&amp;_gl=1*bcqpq4*_up*MQ..*_gs*MQ..&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQiA6Y7KBhCkARIsAOxhqtMQh7ZGSED_Gj2DYttbKOpJkOcBThWkBwx_sOgHNvYOo2QGShKXK-YaAsfCEALw_wcB&amp;gbraid=0AAAAACPIVjdRUiOFzBKY9eKEYK4zF2bSd">4 QT Brasier</a>. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I use it make everything from <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/congee-chinese-savory-rice-porridge/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Congee</a> breakfast porridge to <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/gluten-free-arroz-con-pollo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Arroz Con Pollo</a> to Beef Stew. My dad and his wife bought this for me for my birthday years ago, and it may just be my favorite gift EVER. I have to restrain myself from buying their entire product line.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" width="600" height="900" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/no-boil-ziti-jovial-penne-1-600x900.jpg" alt="gluten free no boil baked ziti jovial penne" class="wp-image-5873" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/no-boil-ziti-jovial-penne-1.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/no-boil-ziti-jovial-penne-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>
</div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What Gluten Free Pasta Should I Use For This Ziti? </h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">There are so many gluten free pastas on the market. Delallo yields a great dish, as does Barilla. You can use whatever you please. As I update the pictures, I chose to use Jovial gluten free penne. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">They sent me a care package of foods to try, and had this left in my pantry. Jovial is the only brand I know that makes a gluten free bow tie pasta, as well as an amazing tagliatelle. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter"><img decoding="async" width="600" height="900" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/no-boil-ziti-finished-1-600x900.jpg" alt="gluten free no boil baked ziti finished" class="wp-image-5874" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/no-boil-ziti-finished-1.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/no-boil-ziti-finished-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>
</div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Perfect Dish For After a Surgery or a New Baby</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I adapted this Gluten Free No Boil Baked Ziti recipe slightly from the Ragu website. The main changes are substituting gluten free pasta and adding vegetables.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> I often make this dish to take to others who are sick, grieving, or new moms who can use a hand in the kitchen. Therefore, I try to sneak in added nutrition whenever I can. The original recipe had no added onions, peppers or garlic. Those are like the Holy Grail of cooking! I also add wilted spinach.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="600" height="900" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/no-boil-ziti-on-plate-1-600x900.jpg" alt="gluten free no boil baked ziti on plate " class="wp-image-5875" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/no-boil-ziti-on-plate-1.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/no-boil-ziti-on-plate-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>
</div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Can I Scale This Dish To Feed More People? </h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This Gluten Free No Boil Baked Ziti recipe scales up well, too. My step mom and I made multiple batches of this for my father&#8217;s 60th birthday party. He also had Celiac Disease, and everything at the party was gluten free. All who came loved the ziti, and her daughters were super excited to take home leftovers. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I&#8217;ve made this for so men at a local homeless shelter, and they loved every bite. People at my church ask for the recipe after every potluck. Make this Gluten Free No Boil Baked Ziti for your friends, and become a culinary super hero!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Is This Dish Vegetarian? Can I Make This Without Dairy? </h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As written this, Gluten Free Baked Ziti contains NO meat. However, I have notes in the recipe for those who would like to add additional protein. Even though this recipe calls for ricotta, I&#8217;ve often substituted cottage cheese in this dish and it tastes just as good. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I have not made a version of this gluten free baked ziti without dairy. Looking at many Dairy Free Ziti recipes, some use a cashew based ricotta cheese, like this <a href="https://meaningfuleats.com/dairy-free-baked-ziti-gluten-free/">Dairy Free Baked Ziti</a> from Meaningful Eats. (It is also gluten free.) </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What Should I Serve with Gluten Free Baked Ziti? </h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This gluten free baked ziti is like a deconstructed Gluten Free Lasagna. This <a href="https://www.crowdedkitchen.com/shaved-brussels-sprout-salad-2/">Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad</a> would be a beautiful and delicious side salad to serve. Try my <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/gluten-free-crescent-rolls/">Gluten Free Crescent Rolls</a> if you&#8217;re looking for a bread to serve with it. And one can never go wrong with my mother in law&#8217;s <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/gluten-free-vegan-chocolate-cake/">Gluten Free Wacky Cake</a> for dessert. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">More Gluten Free Pasta Recipes</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Looking for more pasta recipes?  I also created a <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/gluten-free-tuna-macaroni-salad-giveaway/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Gluten Free Macaroni Salad</a>, a <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/summer-pasta-sald/">Roasted Vegetable Pasta Salad</a>, and a <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/gluten-free-butternut-squash-lasagna/">Gluten Free Butternut Squash Lasagna for Two</a>. Looking for a lower carb pasta dish? Try my <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/gluten-free-chicken-alfredo-spaghetti-squash/">Gluten Free Alfredo Spaghetti Squash</a> recipe. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I love to make this simple <a href="https://www.budgetbytes.com/easy-spinach-ricotta-pasta/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Easy Spinach Ricotta</a> pasta from Budget Bytes, and simply substitute gluten free pasta. If you&#8217;re craving full lasagna, I love this <a href="https://chefjulieyoon.com/2015/02/lasagna-for-two/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Lasagna for Two</a> from Chef Julie, again made with either Gluten Lasagna Noodles from Barilla or Taste Republic. Or for a full size dish, try this <a href="https://wheatbythewayside.com/gluten-free-lasagna">Gluten free Vegetarian Lasagna</a> from Wheat by the Wayside. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This gluten free blueberry french toast casserole will impress your famliy and friends. Made with a few simple ingredients, you can prep this overnight casserole before you go to bed, and stick it in the oven when you wake in the morning!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Heritage Style Bread</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Say goodbye to little loaves my friend. These Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style Wide Loaf breads are BIG deal. At a whopping 24 oz., you&#8217;re going to run out the door to buy it. Also, making a wider loaf of bread isn&#8217;t as easy as you think. It&#8217;s not as simple as using a bigger pan. Gluten-free bread dough needs walls to climb up, to adhere too. That&#8217;s why most loaves are smaller. The bakers at Canyon Bakehouse put their heart, soul and energy into creating this Heritage Style line. They created two flavors &#8211; Whole Grain and Honey White.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="600" height="900" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Blueberry-French-Toast-Casserole-Bread-Cubed-1-1.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-13937" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Blueberry-French-Toast-Casserole-Bread-Cubed-1-1.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Blueberry-French-Toast-Casserole-Bread-Cubed-1-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>
</div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Easiest Overnight Gluten Free Blueberry French Toast Casserole</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You will love how easy this dish is to put together. Cube your bread, dump half of it into a greased dish, and then dump your blueberries on top. Next, distribute the cream cheese chunks evenly. Finally, fill in with the rest of the cubed bread, and dump the egg + milk custard over the whole dish. Wrap in plastic wrap, stick it in the fridge, and get a good night&#8217;s sleep!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">**Special note- It&#8217;s important to pull your casserole dish out at least 3o minutes before you put it in the oven. When cold dishes are put into a hot pre-heated oven, your dish may break / shatter. Therefore, make sure to plan time to allow your casserole dish to come to room temperature. On a side note, I LOVE my Staub baking dishes. This oval dish is part of a <a href="https://www.zwilling.com/us/staub-ceramic---mixed-baking-dish-sets-3-pc-mixed-baking-dish-set-white-40508-688/40508-688-0.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">3 piece ceramic set</a>, and I use it all the time.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="600" height="900" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Blueberry-French-Toast-Casserole-berries-added-1-1.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-13936" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Blueberry-French-Toast-Casserole-berries-added-1-1.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Blueberry-French-Toast-Casserole-berries-added-1-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>
</div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Should I Use Fresh or Frozen Blueberries?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You can use frozen in the casserole, but I choose to use fresh. However, frozen blueberries &#8220;bleed&#8221; into the custard as the casserole sets up overnight. It just looks &#8220;neater&#8221; with fresh blueberries. However, frozen blueberries are often cheaper. So feel free to do whichever works better for you.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="600" height="900" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Blueberry-French-Toast-Casserole-Cream-Cheese-Added-2-1.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-13938" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Blueberry-French-Toast-Casserole-Cream-Cheese-Added-2-1.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Blueberry-French-Toast-Casserole-Cream-Cheese-Added-2-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>
</div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Can I Make This French Toast Casserole Without Dairy?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style Bread contains no dairy. This recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups milk. If you can&#8217;t consume dairy, almond milk or rice milk should work just fine. I don&#8217;t have much experience with dairy free cream cheese. In Go Dairy Free&#8217;s review of <a href="https://www.godairyfree.org/food-and-grocery/the-best-dairy-free-cream-cheese" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Best Dairy-Free Cream Cheese Alternative Taste Test</a>, she recommended Kite Hill Cream cream cheese. She stated it held up well in baked recipes.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="600" height="900" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/blueberry-french-toast-casserole-with-custard-1-1.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-13939" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/blueberry-french-toast-casserole-with-custard-1-1.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/blueberry-french-toast-casserole-with-custard-1-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>
</div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Can I Make This French Toast Casserole Without Eggs?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style Loaf bread contains egg as an ingredient. You should be able to use a different egg free bread. However, my recipe uses 8 fresh eggs. I haven&#8217;t tried an egg substitute. Therefore, I&#8217;d recommend making a recipe specifically written without eggs. Just What We Eat&#8217;s <a href="https://www.justwhatweeat.com/vegan-and-gluten-free-french-toast-casserole/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Vegan French Toast Casserole</a> would be a good option.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="600" height="900" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/blueberry-french-toast-casserole-served-1-600x900.jpg" alt="blueberry french toast casserole served" class="wp-image-7687" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/blueberry-french-toast-casserole-served-1.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/blueberry-french-toast-casserole-served-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>
</div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Don&#8217;t Skip the Homemade Blueberry Sauce</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">While you can serve this gluten free blueberry french toast casserole with simple maple syrup, the homemade blueberry sauce takes this dish over the top. It cooks in about 15 minutes, and you can prepare it while your casserole bakes. If you have leftover blueberry sauce, it pairs great with plain Greek yogurt.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Handle Leftovers</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Refrigerate leftovers and eat within 2 to 3 days. I reheat individual servings in the microwave, usually for at least 1 minute. Since microwave wattage varies, the time you need to reheat your casserole may vary.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Who doesn&#8217;t love a good breakfast casserole? This sweet and fruity Gluten Free Blueberry Pancake Casserole is a great way to use leftover pancakes. Your household is sure to love this creative spin on a French Toast casserole.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="700" height="393" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Blueberry-Pancake-Casserole-min.jpg" alt="This Gluten-Free Blueberry Pancake Casserole is decadent and full of blueberry flavor!" class="wp-image-4010" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Blueberry-Pancake-Casserole-min.jpg 700w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Blueberry-Pancake-Casserole-min-300x168.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px" /></figure>
</div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Michigan is the Blueberry State</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Confession. I used to hate blueberries. Sad thing, considering &#8220;Michigan produces more blueberries than any other state in the nation.&#8221; However, over time I matured, as did my taste buds. Thank goodness, because juicy blueberries are the star in this Gluten Free Blueberry Pancake Casserole. Since blueberries are good for your health, this makes this a health food, right? Therefore one can eat multiple pieces, right? Because after you taste this, you&#8217;re totally going to want more.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Leftover Gluten Free Pancakes?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I wish I could say I am the brain child behind this beautiful Gluten Free Blueberry Pancake Casserole. In fact, that honor belongs to Annalise from <a href="https://www.completelydelicious.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Completely Delicious</a>. I came across her <a href="https://www.completelydelicious.com/blueberry-pancake-bake/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Blueberry Pancake Bake</a> while searching for creative ways to use leftover pancakes. What? Leftover pancakes?&nbsp; That week I made gluten-free pancakes for a church event, and went overboard in my portions. Like, 30+ pancakes overboard. Go big or go home, right?</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Anyway, I found this amazing recipe Annalise created and I updated it to make it gluten-free. Which isn&#8217;t hard really. You only make two subs &#8211; gluten-free pancakes and gluten-free flour in the streusel. (In addition, Annalise started with blueberry pancakes. I say use whatever leftover pancakes you have.)</p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="700" height="393" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Blueberry-Pancake-Casserole-plated-min.jpg" alt="This Gluten-Free Blueberry Pancake Casserole is just popping with Michigan blueberries " class="wp-image-4011" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Blueberry-Pancake-Casserole-plated-min.jpg 700w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Blueberry-Pancake-Casserole-plated-min-600x337.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Blueberry-Pancake-Casserole-plated-min-300x168.jpg 300w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Blueberry-Pancake-Casserole-plated-min-320x180.jpg 320w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Blueberry-Pancake-Casserole-plated-min-480x270.jpg 480w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px" /></figure>
</div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Make a Gluten Free Streusel Topping</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">That&#8217;s right. This Gluten Free Blueberry Pancake Casserole is covered in the most amazing streusel. Okay, Confession 2 &#8211; I totally said &#8220;streusel&#8221; to my phone to see how to spell it correctly. Is that sad? Does anyone else do that? The placement of the &#8220;e&#8221; and &#8220;u&#8221; totally trips me up.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Well, no matter how you spell it, it&#8217;s freakin&#8217; delicious. I mean, how can one go wrong with gobs of brown sugar and butter? With this sweet streusel on top, you don&#8217;t even need to top this Gluten-Free Blueberry Pancake Casserole with syrup. I mean, you can. No shame from over here if you do. Feel free to let you inner Elf out and coat this bad boy in syrup if you want. Just sayin&#8217; it still tastes AMAZING without it.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How Many Does This Casserole Serve?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This Gluten Free Blueberry Pancake Casserole makes enough for at least 8 servings. Even more if you&#8217;re serving it as part of a brunch spread with lots of other goodies. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">(Maybe with this <a title="Homemade Gluten-Free Chicken Breakfast Sausage" href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/2017/03/08/gluten-free-chicken-breakfast-sausage/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">homemade gluten-free chicken breakfast sausage</a>?) I hypothesize that you could cut the &#8220;custard&#8221; recipe in half, use less pancakes, and bake it in a 8 x 8 dish. However, I haven&#8217;t tried it.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Looking for something even more decadent? Try my<a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/2017/02/08/canyon-bakehouse-heritage-style/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> Cream Cheese Stuffed, Overnight Blueberry French Toast Casserole</a>. Craving something to feed a family of two? Try my easy gluten free <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/2014/01/06/canyon-bakehouse-gluten-free-giveaway/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">breakfast casserole for two</a>. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Looking  for a bigger <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/gluten-free-savory-breakfast-strata/" data-type="post" data-id="3846">savory breakfast strata</a>? Try this one I made with Schar Artisan Baker bread. Suffice it to say, if you&#8217;re looking for breakfast foods, I probably have you covered.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Best Thing Since Sliced Bread</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Since originally partnering with this brand in 2014, I have been blessed with various shipments of Canyon Bakehouse&nbsp;breads. Canyon Bakehouse breads not only taste great, but they have a great heart and give back to the Celiac Disease community. They generously give to our <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/michigan-gluten-free-camp/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Michigan Celiac Disease kids camp</a>, and I love seeing their staff at expos. They&#8217;re just so kind.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What Does Canyon Bakehouse Make?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Canyon Bakehouse makes a variety of gluten free breads, bagels, rolls, and <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/gluten-free-chicken-breakfast-sausage/">English muffins</a>. They also produce gluten free sub rolls (which can be used for hot dog buns) and hamburger buns. <a href="https://canyonglutenfree.com/collections/shop">All of their products</a> are gluten free, dairy free, soy free and nut free. *They no longer make a rye style bread. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Where Can I Buy Canyon Bakehouse Products? </h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You can now order Canyon Bakehouse products directly from their website! In addition, you can use the <a href="https://canyonglutenfree.com/pages/find-store">store locator</a> on their website to find their products near you. Wish your local store carried their products? Use the <a href="https://canyonglutenfree.com/pages/request-our-products">request form</a> on their website and hand it to your local store manager. <br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gluten Free Breakfast Casserole For Two</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sometimes you need a big breakfast casserole for the whole family. But sometimes, you just want the deliciousness of your favorite breakfast dish, but in small quantities. This Gluten Free Breakfast Casserole for Two is perfect for those occasions. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This simple dish only requires 5 ingredients- bread, eggs, milk, meat, and cheese. I also added some green onions, but you can leave those out if you like. Don&#8217;t eat meat? Mushrooms would be a great substitute! </p>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="600" height="900" src="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/blueberry-french-toast-casserole-served-1-600x900.jpg" alt="blueberry french toast casserole served" class="wp-image-7687" srcset="https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/blueberry-french-toast-casserole-served-1.jpg 600w, https://miglutenfreegal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/blueberry-french-toast-casserole-served-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Other Gluten Free Breakfast Casseroles</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Breakfast is quite possibly my favorite meal of the day. However, it doesn&#8217;t need to be relegated to just the morning hours! My Gluten Free <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/canyon-bakehouse-heritage-style/">Blueberry French Toast Casserole</a> is perfect for any upcoming brunch. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Have leftover pancakes? This <a href="https://miglutenfreegal.com/gluten-free-blueberry-pancake-casserole/">Gluten Free Blueberry Pancake Casserole</a> uses pancake slices instead of bread, and is covered in an amazing streusel topping. Want to skip bread all together? Try this hashbrown based <a href="https://iowagirleats.com/gluten-free-breakfast-casserole/">Gluten Free Breakfast Casserole</a> from Iowa Girl Eats. </p>
