Sharing this here, as I have a friend who is a manager at a Nothing Bundt Cakes. Their website states the following – ” Our Gluten-Free Bundt Cakes are made with gluten-free ingredients. However, the products are baked with equipment that also processes gluten-containing products. While we take many precautions during the baking process, they may still contain traces of gluten.”
My friend told me that gluten free bundts are made first thing on Monday. (And they’re closed on Sunday.) “They are all prepared with freshly cleaned surfaces and clean gloves. Bundtlets are flipped right into the clamshells they are served in. They are frosted with a bag that has been wiped down between flavors.”
