What inspired you to become a baker? Why the focus on gluten-free?

I love to bake and planned on starting one before I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, as were my two sone. We wanted to offer good gluten free food, and knew there was a need for it.

After working on it for a long time, I was finally ready to open my gluten-free bakery. Unfortunately, I ended up with other health problems that have prevented me from opening a storefront. Therefore at this time, we are focusing on wholesale accounts and pre-orders.
