I’ve never done it in the larger pan, but I imagine it would still work. You’d just need to use more batter for making one socca. And yes, I prefer the smaller size, but mostly because I have weak wrists.

I have only tried to make it two times and it didn’t release from the pan well – have you ever made it in a 12″ cast iron? That is all I have on hand but see you do yours in 6″, so I was just wondering if just prefer the smaller size or if you’ve not had luck with larger sizes. Excited to try your recipe–thank you!
