In reply to Sandra H.. I've only had the ones from Gluten Free Specialties in Rochester. Those are baked, not fried. I never had one prior to diagnosis, so I can't say whether or not if they are like the original.

Thank you so much for the list! Out of curiosity, which bakeries whose GF paczki have you tried and do you have a preference? I’m trying to find one with the closest to the old fashioned paczki if possible! 🙂
