I just can’t get past the hard texture of cold gf pasta. I’ve yet to find a brand that doesn’t get plastic-y. I wish I could… I miss tuna salad. I would eat this fresh made at room temp – but not cold.

I haven’t had Liam try tuna salad yet (I love it). But! I made tuna noodle casserole for the first time a few weeks ago….I was a little surprised! He wasn’t a fan of the smell while I made it but he not only loved it at first try but happily lived on leftovers and requested it again. We’ll need to try this recipe AND the fish.
