Let me know if you do! I find they are best fresh out of the oven OR after a few days. The actually tend to get a bit softer the after a few days.

The tahini is barely noticeable in the finished product. I was fascinated with how well it worked as a butter substitute. I find the cookies tend to soften a bit after a few days, and are even better that way!
