I’ve spent about 14 years trying to find a decent GF version. So many recipes are really complicated, time consuming, or include a bunch of ingredients I’d never have on hand. I’ve tried a lot of recipes with limited success. Your recipe is by far the easiest I’ve found and the most successful! My non-GF friends seem to love them as much as I do. I make sure to always have this pizza dough mix on hand now! I’d kill for a buttery mall pretzel (Auntie Anne’s) and these aren’t that, but they’re great and easy and I’m so grateful to have found your recipe!

They are AMAZING! My oven decided to stop working right when I was getting ready to bake them after baking soda bath. I threw them in batches in the air fryer. ( 10 pieces three times) at 360 air fryer for 7 minutes total, shaking halfway through.
They are now all gone, thank you for the recipe!

I was diagnosed 10 years ago, and have tried with failed attempts at making gf soft pretzels so when I bit into these and they were so soft and delicious and tasted as I remember I shed some unexpected tears!
