I tried a different recipe that used 1 lb pasta, 20 oz sauce, and a can of coconut milk (plus spices and cheese on top) in a 9x13. My kids loved it but the coconut was weird for the adults. I feel like if I doubled your recipe it would be VERY saucy, but maybe not?]]></description>
