I used Anthony’s buckwheat flour I get on Amazon, and the flavor was lovely and the texture was perfect–hearty but not dense. I also made the strawberry sauce since I had some fresh strawberries on hand and it was such a great compliment, but they’re great with maple syrup too. We will definitely be making these again. Thanks for a great recipe!

The sauce is delicious, too. Even made with frozen strawberries, the sauce tastes fresh!
