I am dying to try that recipe for Apple Pie Pizza! Did you finally try it with gluten free flour? And do you suggest Cup4Cup as you do in your crescent dough? I agree! It sounds really good.

This is so great! I did double the recipe and make it in a larger dish. I didn't have farfel but I had some GF matzo, so I crushed it up and it worked perfectly. Personally I do like oats better for a topping, but since my kiddo has trouble with too many oats this was a wonderful substitute. Next time I might try adding some chopped pecans or almonds in the topping too. Thanks for the awesome idea!

I have a few great apple recipes for you!

This butternut beef apple casserole is a favorite family dinner this time of year:
https://createdtobepaleo.com/harvest-casserole-aip-friendly

These caramel apples are good, you just have to be sure the caramel is thick enough and slightly cooled enough that it will stick to the apples and not slide right off:
https://livewellnetwork.com/Food-Rush/recipes/Caramel-Apples/9261644

And this delicious ginger tea, served at Pacific Rim in Ann Arbor, is made by simmering ginger, dates, and apples in water for 3 hours:

Enjoy!
