The bun is individually packaged in a cellophane bag. REMOVE the bag, with the bun in it, from your order bag(the paper bag with your food) If you do not what happens is the heat from the food in the bag causes condensation inside the cellophane bun bag and moisture occurs. This will give you a soggy, wet bun! It ruins your meal. In my opinion the bun bag should never be placed inside the food bag. They should staple it to the bag or just give it separately,

Thank you for this. I had looked at the same link and hadn’t noticed the ingredient list. I contacted Rotella, and the buns they specifically make for Culver’s are a slightly different recipe than their standard bun. I have updated my blog post with the correct ingredient list.

Please knowt that Culver’s has changed the manufacturer of their buns. They now use Rotella instead of Udi’s. I do not know the ingredients of the Rotella Gluten Free Bun, as they are not listed on the Rotella website.
