I'll be traveling to Columbus again this Nov (2026) and I'll update the post again after that trip. My current itinerary includes stopping at Erin Ann's in Toledo on my way down. Meeting a friend at BiBIBop for lunch, and hoping to make it to Gluten Free Biscuits by Daddy-O and Fully Gluten Free Bakehouse. ANd hoping to stop at Cap City Diner while I"m there, as I've heard so many great things about it. it is my understanding that all of the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants do a great job with gluten free dining.

A fully dedicated kitchen beats a careful one every time, so Choripan being entirely gluten free is the standout here rather than any single dish. Building the list through celiac conference trips to Columbus is a very practical approach. Purple rice and sweet potato noodles sold me. IAny newer additions worth a detour?

We went to Bake Me Happy on Columbus and Dublin, their gluten free pop tarts were delicious! We also tried the zebra cakes, donut muffin and coffee cake. All of them were delicious!
We also went to Condado tacos at Polaris. We loved that the menu was clearly labeled gf and our server was great at answering questions we had. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Panda House at Polaris is amazing. They have an extensive GF menu. I’ve eaten there dozens of times or had takeout and never gotten sick. They take CC very seriously and have separate plate styles for GF food.

Thanks for these other restaurant suggestions. :) Visiting Cap City is definitely on my "to visit" list the next time I'm in Columbus. I'm way overdue for a visit.

Molly Woos is a MUST. Their menu is insane! Brew dog makes any items that go in their fryer gluten free. They don’t advertise it that way…but, they’re fried chicken and French fries, cauliflower wings. Soooo yummy! Z Cucina has homemade gluten free pasta. Prohibition has several gluten free options including a Kung Pao chicken. Cap City has many options including gluten free fish bc and chips and fried calamari. Delmar has gluten free flatbread served on gluten free focaccia. I could go on and on!!! I’m so grateful to live in Ohio and have so many options!
