In reply to Faith. I've never tried this. I would be concerned about the cream cheese not reheating well after it's frozen. It can be made a day ahead and rewarmed in the oven.

In reply to Lori. You probably could. It may not be as moist as when it's first baked. But if you're using the blueberry sauce, that should provide added moisture.
