Thanks for the feedback. When I made this recipe, I used one of the smaller versions of the Canyon Breads. If you used the Heritage Loaf, (which are bigger and wider) 2 slices of bread may be more appropriate than 3.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I made mine gluten-free/dairy free &#038; one for my boyfriend with regular ingredients. They are good, but I did ours in pue pans and didn&#039;t mixing a separate bowl first. They stuck a bit and some of the bread was dry. But still tasty and 2 meals worth. Great way to use up extra ham.]]></description>

Their foaccacia is definitely harder to find in stores. They do have a store locator on their website. It should help you find that specific product near you.]]></description>
