I recently had my first empanadas and they’re delicious and also handy portable meals. I live on the border about 6 miles from Mexico. A nice woman comes over to our side on Thursdays and sells tamales, flour tortillas and masa harina empanadas, usually fruit filled. I want to start try making savory empanadas in my air fryer.

No way these will brown at 350° Ended up deep frying them. Not much flavor.
