100% yes to Fuel’d and Maru Sushi. I love ordering the chef’s special at Maru – they come up with amazing gluten free sushi choices. 🙂

Dear Brandi,
I order the nutelloco bowl, without the granola. (I can’t tolerate oats.) I will have to check with the Fuel’d in Lansing. The location in Flint wasn’t very knowledgeable. I’ll also have to look into Middle Eats, as I love Mediterranean food. (Check out 2941 Street Food in E. Lansing across from Eastwood Towne Center!) Maru Sushi is definitely on my “bucket list.” Culver’s and Jersey Mike’s are on my larger MI Gluten Free Dining List.

What Playa Bowl is that? I also want to add options for the Eastwood to Frandor area- Fuel’d, Leaf, Middle Eats, Culver’s, Maru and Jersey Mike’s. They have all been very helpful in navigating the gf menu and I have not had issues at any of these places.

We have 3 of us in the house that need to eat gluten free and we have stopped going to Noodles. We had several times where we ordered gluten free noodles and found regular mixed in towards the bottom. I’m sure it was by accident, it was always one or two noodles but that is more than enough to make us sick so we have stopped ordering from here. I just want to give a heads up to anyone wanting to go there to order with caution.
