In reply to Megan Scott. So glad to hear that he loved them! My husband is a big Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream fan, too. :)

I made these for my grandson’s 16th birthday because he loves mint chocolate chip shakes. I had to order some of the ingredients on Amazon but it was worth it. They turned out perfectly and everyone loved them!

In reply to Kris Kullgren.

Dear Kris,
You’re SO welcome! I have found the Creme De Menthe chips at WalMart, even in the spring. (The Peppermint Chips usually only come in at winter time.) Either way, I’m SO glad they made your daughter’s birthday special. If you have a picture, please post on social media and tag it with #miglutenfreegal and I’ll share it with others. And tell here I said happy birthday. Mine’s on the 13th!

Margaret, made these for my daughter’s bday at her request and they were soooo good. The Ande’s mint chips were not in the store yet, but just crushed some of the candies. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

In reply to Sharon @ What The Fork. They are a great mix! Not sure I saved a lot of time by sifting out the mint chips, but it was worth it!

I love the shortcut you used with the boxed brownies
