Thank you for your feedback. I will make the recipe again to see what the issue may have been. Also please note that in the first step, it says to preheat the oven to 400 degrees, not 325.

With 12 eggs, there’s no way this dish can rise and shine at the low temp of 325 degrees! Took me twice as long and the temp needed to be raised to 400 Degrees to finish it off at the potluck I brought it to!
Also this recipe is hard to follow as it is written in ounces, vs. standard measurements such as cups, tablespoons, Etc. Just a big warning to anyone else that tries to make this!
